Taken one afternoon at Horn Island Wharf. Took the oppotunity to take some photos of kids jumping off the dolipin in rapid repeating snaps. An Iconic scene we're all familair with when travelling back to T.I. A few days later looking the photos, I found Lani Standing on the water. What else could I do!!! but create the squence of movements on canvas. I Present Lani Songoro standing water at Horn Island Wharf in the Torres Straits.
Faded Memory
But a memory all the same. The Pearl Luggar is embedded in the history of the Torres Straits
